Swanepoel Power 200 Features Markt Leaders
The Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) has honored Markt leaders once again. The SP200 is the only formal annual analysis and raking of the industry’s most powerful and influential leaders. T3 Sixty has published this list for nine years and ranks the leaders based on eight pieces of criteria. The industry acknowledges the SP200 as the highest recognition an industry leader can receive.
Board of Managers member Joe Horning ranks #116, Matt Consalvo is at #120 and Carrillo landed at #182 on the 2022 list. Markt partner Michael Wurzer, the President and CEO of FBS, ranked #122 on this year’s list.
Markt started in 2017 when Metro MLS CEO Chris Carrillo and ARMLS CEO Matt Consalvo noticed their respective MLSs shared the same MLS DNA. In May, Markt started offering support services to realMLS in Jacksonville, Florida.
