Why name your newsletter after a breakfast food?
Most industry newsletters have similar names. We want our newsletter to be memorable and not confused with other ventures. The Waffle stands on its own, we know it’s a little silly. The name also plays off Markt – both being of Dutch origin. I mean, who doesn’t love waffles?
