The AI Blame Game
2026 will not be a repeat of “AI is going to take our jobs,” rather, AI augmented roles will trend. Think ARDI, for example. HR pros need to look at job descriptions before the finger-pointing begins. It’s hard to shame AI co-workers for errors, but it should be clear which part of the job a human is responsible for.
